Teen Mental Health

Prayerfully supporting our teens during life's trials.

WHAT: An information based webinar addressing the concern of adult (18+) family and/or friends for the mental health and spiritual well-being of (a) teenager(s). Specific attention will be paid to depression and anxiety. 

WHEN: November 14, 10am to 1pm 

WHO: Anyone 18+ who feels they can benefit from the 

PRESENTER: Cecilia Kosel, MA, LMFT #121880
Cecilia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in Expressive Arts. She earned her MA in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in San Jose, CA. Cecilia has worked with individuals, families, and couples in outpatient and school-based settings, and on a multidisciplinary team to provide in-home, intensive services throughout the Antelope Valley. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or who have experienced trauma and abuse.  
Cecilia is consecrated to Mary and grew up attending gatherings at the Father Kolbe Missionaries. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons outdoors, in nature, or by the ocean.
