Where it is located

The Retreat Center “Cenacolo Mariano” (Marian Cenacle) is located on the hills20that surround the city of Bologna, Italy, just a few miles from downtown. It can be reached with auto, bus, or train transportation.
The center has been recently remodeled and is surrounded by a large green park, a true place of silence and peace.

 

 

Programs

The Center offers annual

• Courses of Marian Spiritual Exercises for various categories of people
• Days of prayer and recollection during the main Liturgical times
• Courses of study and formation to evangelization
• Experiences of missionary volunteer work

 

Hospitality

• Groups, parishes, ecclesial movements for course of study, days of recollection, one or more days of spirituality
• Individuals who desire to spend time in prayer or in vocational discernment, with the possibility of personalized spiritual accompaniment.

 

The Center offers

• 34 single rooms and 12 double rooms, full bath telephone, heating and AC
• 2 chapels (50, 12-15)
• 2 conference rooms (80, 50)
• Small rooms for meetings
• Multi-purpose hall (500)
• Library, TV room, Missionary Exhibit
• Elevator
• Park and garden
• Parking
• Disabled accessible

 

MARIAN CENACLE

An oasis of peace where, at the school of Mary,
it is possible to experience a significant encounter with the Lord in prayer and to grow in faith.

A place where one can experience the Church in its missionary dimension
as she is born with Mary and with Her is transformed into a living witness of love.
